Property Showings: We arrange and accompany you on property showings and open houses, providing valuable insights and guidance during the process. Offer Preparation: We help you draft the purchase offer, ensuring it includes the appropriate contingencies and addendums to protect your interests. Offer Acceptance: Once the offer is accepted, we facilitate the escrow deposit process and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and any other necessary steps during the inspection period. HOA and Condo Evaluation: We review and provide information on HOA and condo associations, including their rules and regulations, budgets, reserves, and potential assessments.
